Epoxy / Polyurethane Floors

.Standard Solid Color Floors
Our solid color, high gloss floors are available in three standard colors: Slate Gray, Tan & Mocha. If you have a desire for a custom color solid floor please ask your designer for details. Solid color floor installation includes a 100% solid prime coat, a 100% solid build coat and a topcoat of a pigmented, high solid, aliphatic (chemical resistant) polyurethane. Resin sand is added to your floor to provide slip resistance.

Installation Process:

Day One: Floor Preparation (shotblast), repair cracks and imperfections

Day Two: Grind repairs even with the floor and application of 100% solids epoxy primer

Day Three: Application of 100% solids epoxy

Day Four: Application of aliphatic pigmented polyurethane

Light foot traffic is allowable 48 hours after the final coat. Vehicle traffic is allowed 7 days following the final day of installation.
