These works of art are truly something special and astoundingly beautiful. The granite floor utilizes thousands of blended color paint chips to create a floor that closely resembles granite or terrazzo. This system is a four coat epoxy system (five if you include the chip layer) that is as durable as it is stunning. You truly have to see one of these floors in person to appreciate the result.

Due to the thousands of chips layered into the floor, this system will usually hide many flaws and imperfections in your floor, providing a truly seamless appearance. The process includes a 100% solids prime coat, broadcast coat of 100% solids followed by two coats of a clear high solids aliphatic polyurethane.

Installation Process

Day One: Floor Preparation (shotblast), crack repair & epoxy prime coat

Day Two: Application of 100% solids epoxy and broadcast of pva chips

Day Three: Removal and scrape of loose chips & application of aliphatic polyurethane

Day Four: 2nd coat of clear aliphatic polyurethane.
