We are very much an owner operated company and our entire staff is deeply involved with each client’s project. We recommend that you call prior to visiting to ensure somebody is available to help you. In the event we are not available, we will promptly arrange to have a owner or designer available to meet at your convenience.

From 69 HWY and 135th street in Overland Park, travel south on 69 HWY to 199th street. Exit and go left at the exit stop sign (east), travel approx ½ mile to the 4-way stop @ Metcalf Avenue. Go left (North), we are the 3rd building on the LH side (west side). Brown building with large flashing sign.

We are located near in Carrollton near I-35 and Beltline, on the NW corner.

Traveling south on I-35 HWY exit Beltline road. We are located before Beltline in the College Park business center. You will see a strip business center with a blue stripe @ the top just before you approach Beltline. We are located at the back (west) side of the complex.

Traveling North on I-35. Exit Beltline and stay on North bound service road. You will go through the Beltline stop signal and over a set of RR Tracks. Take an immediate left on College (west) back under highway once you pass over RR tracks. You will come to a stop sign facing the southbound service road. Go straight through service road and take a right hand turn into our complex. Our complex has a blue stripe @ the top of the strip center and our suite is located on the west end of the complex.
